Biotin 5000 MCG and Super B-Complex Combo

I’ve been taking these supplements for about a week now. At first, I was taking Hair Infinity, but it was a bit pricey and I didn’t really notice a major difference in hair growth, so I chose the frugal route which basically had the same ingredient as the Hair Infinity. I am currently taking 2 Biotin softgels (10,000 mcg total) and 1 Super B-Complex tablet a day.

Both bottles were purchased from Wal-Mart and are manufactured by Spring Valley. The Biotin 5000 mcg comes with 240 softgels (love that they are tiny) and Super B-complex comes with  100 tablets.

So far, I have noticed that my nails have grown out and actually even for like the First Time Ever! My nails are naturally long, but they are always breaking. Another thing that surprised me is that my face is no longer oily!!! Thank you angels above, by lunchtime my face usually has enough oil to grease my scalp. As for my hair, it may be too soon to tell but I promise pictures in a month.
